Back in 1975 Jim Lawson set about creating a trucking company that was built on good reputations and hard work. Bearing his name, J.J. Lawson was created and quickly adopted the iconic colours of red and black. In the 1980’s the use of the North Sydney Bears logo was incorporated into the truck designs and each truck proudly displays a Bear pun name.

Since that time we have earned an enviable reputation in the Customs Clearance, Freight and Transport industry based on one key factor, our dedicated personal service. Our staff are highly trained in all aspects of the business and are qualified to deal with every situation. But most important, the size of our organisation means we are always in touch, an aspect that is vital.

In 2025, we will turn 50. A massive milestone in the history of JJ Lawson and one we are very proud of.
